Ember Strand is a Houston-based personal trainer dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits. With a passion for movement and wellness, Ember specializes in personalized fitness programs designed to meet individuals at every stage of their fitness journey-from beginners starting their first routine to experienced athletes looking to level up their performance.


Known for an encouraging and results-driven approach, Ember focuses on functional strength training, mobility, and lifestyle coaching to help clients achieve long-term results. Her philosophy centers on building strong foundations, preventing injury, and creating workouts that fit seamlessly into everyday life.​

Based in Houston, offering one-on-one training, customized workout plans, and accountability coaching. Her mission is simple: help people feel  stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.

Abby

Recovery & Movement Therapy

Abby Moreno is a licensed massage therapist and movement specialist focused on restoring function, improving performance, and supporting long-term physical resilience. She integrates hands-on therapy with corrective movement and Pilates-inspired mobility to help clients recover efficiently and move with strength and confidence.

 

Her work blends therapeutic and performance-based techniques including Graston Technique, cupping, sports massage, assisted stretching, and body sculpting. Whether working with professional athletes or clients simply wanting to feel better in their bodies, Abby addresses the root cause of discomfort rather than just symptoms — improving mobility, posture, and overall physical balance.

 

A graduate of the University of Houston and the Texas School of Massage, Abby approaches recovery as an essential pillar of well-being. Within the WellthCo network, she bridges the gap between training and restoration, ensuring the body can perform, adapt, and sustain progress over time.

 

Fluent in both English and Spanish, she creates an approachable and personalized experience designed to help each client move freely and live pain-free.

Ananya

Yoga & Wellness Specialist

Ananya offers a refined, restorative approach to movement - where yoga becomes both a physical practice and a pathway to mental clarity.


Originally trained in engineering and supply chain, she transitioned from the corporate world to focus on family and well-being, discovering in yoga a sense of grounding that evolved into a dedicated teaching practice.


With experience spanning both the United States and India, her work blends traditional foundations with a modern, accessible approach - guiding clients through movement,
breath, and stillness with intention.


Her perspective is further shaped by her work as a crisis hotline counselor and volunteer within Memorial Hermann, reinforcing her belief that true wellness requires both physical and emotional alignment.


Ananya's sessions are designed to create space - space to slow down, restore, and build strength in a way that supports longevity and balance.

Annalise

Performance & Wellness Specialist

A former Division I athlete, Annalise brings a refined, performance-driven approach to training - where discipline, structure, and results are non-negotiable.

 

Specializing in boxing, strength & conditioning, and basketball development, her sessions are designed to push limits with intention - balancing technical precision with intensity to deliver consistent progression.

 

Her coaching style is direct, challenging, and highly effective - earning the trust of clients who value accountability and elevated standards.

 

As part of Ember Strand, Annalise contributes to a high-performance environment where training is not just a workout - but a strategic investment in strength, confidence, and longevity.
